As Director of Operations and Communications at Reservoir Church, Trecia brings her background in management, finance, environmentalism, arts and education to her role of helping Reservoir thrive in the present and be long term sustainable for the future and she brings over 20 years of professional experience in training and development, marketing, logistics and entrepreneurship to her role as Executive Pastor.  She has worked in principal roles for various top 500 organizations and possesses extensive planning and strategizing skills with a passion for teaching and building cultural bridges. Trecia lives in Somerville with her husband, son and dog, Xiao.
