Victor A. Ruiz is a dedicated leader with over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit and community sectors. Throughout his career, he has worked to support leaders and organizations in achieving meaningful impact. As an executive, consultant, and coach, Victor brings a deep understanding of leadership, organizational development, and equity.
He is bilingual in English and Spanish, an ICF Certified Coach, and a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).
Victor is the founder of Victor A. Ruiz & Associates, a coaching and consulting firm committed to helping individuals and organizations grow and thrive. His clients range from small nonprofits to Fortune 50 corporations.
Previously, Victor served as President & CEO of Esperanza, Inc., a Cleveland-based nonprofit focused on education and youth development. Under his leadership, the organization expanded significantly, reaching more students and families and earning national recognition for its work in increasing Hispanic graduation rates.
Victor holds a Master of Education from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Baldwin-Wallace College. He has completed executive education at Harvard Business School and is a Certified Professional Diversity Coach.
He also serves on multiple boards, contributing to efforts that advance education, equity, and economic development.
