Marjean sipe
Senior Finance & Operations Director
Marjean spent over 20 years as a travel agent, primarily managing government and corporate accounts. In 2009, her contract work as a Mission Coordinator for Customs and Border Protection led her from her home in Tucson, AZ to Lorton, VA. In 2013, she changed career paths entirely when she became the Business Manager and then Director of Operations for a DC public charter school network, managing food service, security, and facilities and supporting business operations as a member of the OperationsTeam. It is during this time that she became an active participant in multiple CPA’s programs and benefited from the peer groups led by CPA. In 2019, an opportunity presented itself for her to return home to Tucson and subsequently work with CPA, initially as a contractor and now as a full time member of the team.
